You will need: wonton wrappers, chicken/pork or prawn, onion, garlic, ginger, corriander or cilantro, soy sauce (light) Seasame oil, chilli sauce or oil

Firstly pulse your chicken( or other meat(s) together in a food processor with the onion, garlic, ginger and corriander. When it is mixed add a few tablespoons of soy sauce and half a teaspoon of Seasame oil (be careful as it has a very strong taste). When the mixture is to your liking you are ready to place it in a wonton wrapper!

Take a teaspoon and put in the middle of the wonton wrapper, then press the sides together. Continue until your mixture has run out.

Then boil some water. When the water is boiling place your wontons in. They are ready after a few minutes, when they float to the top. I always split one and see if the meat is cooked.

Serve with dipping sauce made from 1:1 ratio of soy sauce and rice vinegar and a couple of drops of sesame oil. You can also add Chili oil or sauce if you desire. Serve hot as a healthy appetiser.

You can also cook them in a chicken stock and serve as a soup!

Ingredients
After wetting the inside fold like a cresent
Then push in the sides
Finally squish together
